The can filling machine for filling cans combines the functions of filling and capping on one body and realizes automation in the whole process.

Can Filling Machine Working procedure:
Cans go into filling machine by in-feed star-wheel,and sealed under the control of lift-down system. There is a no-can inspection, if cans, camshaft is ready to work to fill air into can, then open-valve cylinder to make balance of pressure inside can and inside liquid jar, when spring inside valve open, filling starts and When liquid level reaches the height of air-back pipe, filling stops. After filling, filling valves close under the control of valve-close structure and air exhausts, filling ends, can leaves filling valve,and go into conveying system by out-feed starwheel, then to capper, the capping heads rotate and revolve, and can rotate under the control of capping heads, camshafts do the work of capping, finally cans go to conveyor out.
