Glass Bottle Filling Production Line Description:

The Working Process of the Glass Bottle Filling Production Line:
The bottle is sent by the bottle air delivery system via the bottle starwheel to the glass bottle filling machine. Bottle holder is equipped with a bottle clamp on the rotary plate, and the bottle clamp grips the bottle mouth and flips 180° along a guide rail so that the bottle mouth is down. In a specific area of the rinser, the nozzle sprays a bottle of disinfectant or water to flush the inner wall of the bottle. After the bottle has been rinsed, drained and then clamped in the bottle holder along the guide again flip 180 °, so that the bottle up. The washed glass bottles are exported from the bottle rinser via the bottle-star wheel and sent to the filling equipment.
Rinsing Part:

The glass bottle water filler enters the filler bottle and is held by the bottleneck holder. The filling valve is lowered and raised by the valve lift mechanism under the effect of the cam. Glass bottle beverage filling adopts pressure filling method. After the filling valve is lowered and contacted with the bottle opening, the filling process is completed. After the filling is completed, the filling valve rises away from the bottle mouth, and the bottle enters the capping machine through the card bottleneck transition dial.
Filling Part:

The rotary knife on the capping machine grips the bottleneck and keeps the bottle upright and prevents rotation. The capping head keeps rotating and rotating on the capping machine, and the capping, capping, capping, and capping operations are performed under the action of the cam to complete the capping process. The finished bottles of glass bottles and beverages are conveyed from the capping machine to the delivery conveyor chain through the delivery trolley, and conveyed out of the filling equipment by the conveyor chain. The glass bottle filling equipment is closed with a sealing window, the height of the sealing window is higher than the highest point of the equipment, and appropriate channels are left in and out of the bottle, and a ventilation slot is left at the bottom of the sealing window.
